Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours.
The product isn’t what you wanted or expected? It doesn’t fit or feel the way you hoped? Simply return your product for any reason within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately damaged goods cannot be refunded.
All our products are guaranteed for a period of one year against any manufacturing defect or failure.
Custom and Made-to-Measure items are non-refundable. We are more than happy to provide you with unique and one-of-a-kind pieces, but please take care when ordering these items.
To return a product simply contact us by email with the details, we will then advise you a return address and you will need to send us the product using a tracked service such as USPS Priority. Once the goods have been checked and accepted back into stock we will issue a refund.
